The personnel was really helpful. I had an individual queen room with a spectacular view of the lake. the location was tranquil and nice for me. the lakeside restaurant served brilliant food.

Property was perfect, with amicable staff and amazing location right on the lakeside. The room was spotlessly clean and individual with the bedroom, the terrace, for instance and the overall experience was lovely! Greatly enjoyed the lakeside restaurant.

The place is perfect and absolutely great and has amazing location in the middle of the city. Rooms are spotless with the terrace and the bedroom, food is delicious.

The hotel has an AMAZING view of the lake. the twin room comes with an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an electronic key card. the bed is exceptionally comfortable, the food is appetising, and the staff is great. the location is stunning and marvellous, with everything being a short distance away. It's only a 10-minute walk to downtown.

The double room here had convenient features like an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk; the location is fantastic, situated by a stunning lake with a very nice restaurant nearby.

I appreciated the consistent standard and the relaxed atmosphere. Despite the unfortunate circumstances of the Test-de-Buch forest fire, the staff remained professional and kind, making sure I felt well taken care of. The view from my balcony overlooking the lake was amazing. The staff were very friendly and spoke English fluently. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a colourful garden and air conditioning that worked perfectly. the breakfast had a broad selection of delicious food.
